Growing up in the heart of the Connecticut River Valley, Francis Duffy learned early the value of community, hard work, and integrity. A current Grafton County resident, he graduated from Woodsville High School before continuing his education at Lyndon State College, earning a degree in Business Administration and Finance in 1998. That foundation in business and financial strategy would become the backbone of a real estate career defined by insight, adaptability, and long‑term success.

Francis began his professional journey in Fairlee, Vermont, where he discovered not only a passion for real estate, but a natural ability to guide clients through complex decisions with clarity and confidence. His talent and ambition soon led him to Beacon Hill in Boston, Massachusetts — one of the most competitive and historically rich real estate markets in the country. Over several decades, Francis built a reputation as a trusted expert in both commercial and residential real estate, successfully representing buildings, warehouses, office properties, apartment buildings, condominiums, single‑family homes, and luxury estates.

Toby Vieira is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience in both commercial and residential markets. Born in Portugal, Toby immigrated to the United States with his family at a young age. The Vieiras embraced their new home, becoming U.S. citizens while Toby was still a boy — a formative experience that instilled in him a strong work ethic, resilience, and deep appreciation for community.

Toby pursued his education with determination. He attended Wentworth Institute of Technology, where he earned a degree in Finance. He further advanced his expertise by completing a master’s degree at Columbia University. Equipped with a solid foundation in financial principles, Toby launched his professional career in the world of finance.

He spent over a decade as a top analyst at J.P. Morgan, where his keen analytical skills and commitment to excellence distinguished him among his peers. Toby’s success in the financial sector continued when he joined the Commercial Real Estate Accounting division at Morgan Stanley. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for real estate — a field where his financial acumen and interpersonal strengths naturally converged.

Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Toby transitioned into real estate full-time. Over the past 25+ years, he has built a successful career helping clients navigate complex commercial and residential real estate transactions. His depth of knowledge, strategic insight, and client-first approach have earned him a reputation for integrity and outstanding results.

More than a decade ago, Toby returned to the Upper Connecticut Valley region to care for his aging parents, choosing to make Woodsville, New Hampshire his home.
