Growing up in the heart of the Connecticut River Valley, Francis Duffy learned early the value of community, hard work, and integrity. A current Grafton County resident, he graduated from Woodsville High School before continuing his education at Lyndon State College, earning a degree in Business Administration and Finance in 1998. That foundation in business and financial strategy would become the backbone of a real estate career defined by insight, adaptability, and long‑term success.

Francis began his professional journey in Fairlee, Vermont, where he discovered not only a passion for real estate, but a natural ability to guide clients through complex decisions with clarity and confidence. His talent and ambition soon led him to Beacon Hill in Boston, Massachusetts — one of the most competitive and historically rich real estate markets in the country. Over several decades, Francis built a reputation as a trusted expert in both commercial and residential real estate, successfully representing buildings, warehouses, office properties, apartment buildings, condominiums, single‑family homes, and luxury estates.

His approach has always been rooted in understanding people as much as properties. By listening deeply, anticipating needs, and communicating with precision, Francis consistently creates outcomes that feel seamless and empowering for his clients. This people‑first philosophy, combined with decades of hands‑on experience, has made him a respected figure among investors, homeowners, and industry peers alike.

When the COVID‑19 pandemic reshaped the world, Francis found himself drawn back to the place where his journey began — the Connecticut River Valley. Returning home wasn’t just a change of scenery; it was a reconnection to the community that shaped him. With renewed purpose, he committed himself to giving back through the very expertise he had spent a lifetime building.
